This oil comes from Intosso olives cultivated on the Ursini olive estate, in the beautiful land of Fossacesia, in the heart of three natural parks and the enchanting Costa dei Trabocchi, in Abruzzo. A wonderful, deeply flavoured, monovarietal finishing olive oil, best enjoyed with warm crusty bread, in soups, pasta dishes, and on carpaccio.
