Sbrisolona Tradizionale alle Mandorle
Traditional Almond Sbrisolona.
Sbrisolona is a traditional Italian cake with a crumbly texture, made with wheat and corn flour, and almonds.
Delicious, and very, very moreish. A wonderful ‘cake’ to serve with coffee and liqueur after a meal.
Also available in chocolate or fig version.
