Red Wine Salt Flakes

Salt flakes from subterranean salt springs in Villena, Spain. Harvested by hand and dried by the Alicante wind and Mediterranean sun. Infused with full-bodied red wine from the Catalan Priorat district, the resulting plum-coloured salt with its distinct and refined wine aroma pairs perfectly with steaks and roasts.
