Oak Smoked Salt Flakes
Salt flakes from subterranean salt springs in Villena, Spain. Harvested by hand and dried by the Alicante wind and Mediterranean sun, the flakes are then placed in a sealed chamber and smoked using Spanish oakwood for several weeks.
Sprinkle a pinch on any dish for a hint of natural, subtle smokiness.
Store in a dark, dry place in an airtight container.
