Pimenton de la Vera Picante, Hot Spanish Smoked Paprika D.O.P.

Produced in La Vera, Extremadura, from peppers that are smoked by the growers before being sent to the factory for grinding in age-old stone mills. A coarse ground pimentón, with lovely smoky and spicy, warm flavours.
