Peperoni Paté
A wonderful pestato of yellow and red sweet peppers, made with a touch of garlic, anchovy and Grana Padano cheese. Use in pasta or rice, as a side to red meat, fish or vegetarian dishes, or on crackers as an aperitivo piece topped with a pitted olive.
