A Manchego style cheese, made with unpasteurised ewe’s milk. Coated in honey and oregano, a gorgeous cheese, cured for a minimum of 6 months. A dense and lightly crunchy texture, buttery and herbal aromas. Full-flavoured and savoury, delicate and elegant, with a long and balanced finish.
