Crema di Lardo Pork Fat
Fat from free-range Tuscan pigs.
Great for roasting potatoes and meats, such as lamb, goat or suckling pig, and for finishing off pasta sauces. Also largely used spread on toasted bruschetta in Tuscany, finished off with a sprinkling of Falorni’s Aroma Fresco herbed salt and freshly ground pepper.
