A soft bloomy rind, brie-style cheese, made with pasteurised cow’s milk, on Park Farm in Bath.

A certified organic farm where the land, the environment and the waterways remain uncontaminated, where manure and organic compost replace artificial fertilisers, fungicides and pesticides. This is where the small herd of Holstein Friesian cows are raised and graze in a traditional farming method.

This same herd gives the milk to hand-make this wonderful, artisan and organic cheese. An award-winner, with full flavours. Creamy, Brie-style, made to an orginal 19th century recipe.

Caring for your Cheese

Keep cut cheeses wrapped in wax paper. Do not use cling film as this makes the cheese sweat.
Store cheese in the warmest part of your fridge. The salad drawer is quite ideal.
Artisanal cheese and mould are natural companions. Simply trim the surface mould before serving.
Always bring cheese to room temperature before serving. In standard temperatures, an hour out of the fridge prior to serving, is ideal.
