Artichoke Paté

A wonderful pestato of baby artichokes, in extra virgin olive oil. Use in pasta or rice, as a side to meat, fish or vegetarian dishes, or on crackers as an aperitivo piece topped with a cherry tomato, olive or a quartered artichoke heart. Sprinkle with a touch of Erbe Piccanti for a little added heat.
