Artisanal, fresh egg tortellini pasta, from Gratifico in Bologna. Made with 100% Italian wheat flour and semolina and free-range eggs. Filled with pork meat, prosciutto crudo, mortadella and 30-month Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.

1 minutes of cooking time for a perfectly ‘al dente’, wonderful pasta. Ideal for use in beef broth, ‘tortellini bolognesi in brodo’.
