Taralli al Finocchio
Taralli [baked pastry twists typical of Puglia], genuinely hand made in Ceglie Messapica, using Puglian wine, wheat and wholegrain Senatore Cappelli semolina.
With fennel seeds. Serve with drinks, at aperitivo time.
