Artichoke Pate

A delicious Apulian smooth paté made with freshly harvested ‘Violetto di Brindisi’ artichoke hearts and the DeCarlo family’s own extra virgin olive oil.

Add to pasta or rice dishes, as a topping to savoury canapés, on bruschetta.

75% artichoke hearts, 23% extra virgin olive oil, salt, white wine vinegar. Acidity regulator: lactic acid.


Once opened keep covered in oil and refrigerate.
