Pumpkin & Truffle Soup

This ready-made soup is made with pumpkins and truffles from the Quintosapore farm, and nothing else.  Two varieties of pumpkins are used, the Lunga di Napoli and the Butternut, while the black truffles are found by the Quintosapore dogs, Moka and Bella, in the woods when Twin Farmer Ale takes them exploring.

Ready to eat, simply warm up and enjoy as is, or top with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, or truffle oil, and some home-made crunchy croutons.

All produce used in the Quintosapore range is organically grown, pesticide free, on the Quintosapore farm in Umbria.
