Pestato del Trabocco

A wonderful pesto with olives, tuna and capers in extra virgin olive oil. Use in pasta or rice, on salads and vegetables, as a side to fish or vegetarian dishes, or on crackers as an aperitivo piece topped with a sun-dried cherry tomato.
