Artisanal, traditional Pandoro, made just outside Italy’s Verona, by the historic Pasticceria Perbellini.
Pandoro is the prince of Christmas desserts, with its light, honeycombed dough thanks to 48 hours of leavening and the use of the highest quality raw materials. Over the years, Pasticceria Perbellini has carried out continuous research to improve the dough, arriving today to offer a cake with unparalleled fluffiness.
The wrapping is also handmade and has always been a hallmark of the Perbellini Pandoro, along with the string tied with a vine shoot.
