Oscar Santomiele Figs with Almonds

To taste the sweetness, softness and scents of the wild flowers of Santomiele figs, it is recommended to heat the figs for 5 minutes at 50ºC in the oven.

Oscar is a collection by Santomiele featuring the finest fig cultivar, grown in the Terroir Santomiele, the Dottato fig, characterised by imperceptible seeds, delicate sweetness similar to acacia honey, and a wonderful scent of wildflowers.
