Organic Artichoke Paté
A wonderful pestato of artichokes, certified organic. Use in pasta or rice, as a side to meat, fish or vegetarian dishes, or on crackers as an aperitivo piece topped with a cherry tomato, olive or a quartered artichoke heart. Sprinkle with a touch of Erbe Piccanti for a little added heat.
Artichokes 57%, extra virgin olive oil 33%, pumpkin seeds, onion, walnuts, garlic, mint, basil, parsley, salt, acidifying: lactic acid, white pepper. All organic.
