A naturally leavened [sourdough] cake [pandolce]. This deliciously moreish cake combines candied lemon with a generous soak of Limoncello. No colour, no preservatives, no mono and diglycerides. From Baghi’s, genuinely slow made using sourdough, stone-ground Italian flour, fresh free-range eggs and Belgian butter. Baked under vacuum for maximum freshness in a reusable Weck jar.

Serve sliced with some artisanal ice-cream, for a delicious dessert.
