Notes: a blend of wines from the same vintage [year 2016], completed with approximately 30% Vins de Réserve stored in the cellar for several years. The Chiquet brothers selected 55% of the best Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes from vineyards around the villages of Aÿ, Dizy and Hautvillers, and 45% Chardonnay grapes from vineyards in the villages of Avize and Oiry. An extremely fresh and pleasant Extra Brut Champagne.
