Artisanal, fresh panettone with knife-cut chocolate chunks and covered in chocolate gianduia made with Piedmont hazelnuts GPI and dark chocolate drops. Produced in Quarrata, just outside Florence, by the Lunardi siblings, in a purely traditional way, using ‘pasta madre’ [the sourdough method, without yeast, slow-leavened simply using stone-milled flour and water], all Italian prime quality ingredients, and no added artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives. A lovely panettone, a dream for chocolate lovers, 100% natural. Third Place Winner in Coppa del Mondo del Panettone, and in Top Ten Best Panettone List of Gambero Rosso.
