Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemons, Puglia, Italy
This oil comes from olives cultivated on the DeCarlo family’s estate in Puglia, crushed with whole fresh lemons. An excellent condiment on raw and steamed veg, salads, delicate pasta dishes, and with raw, steamed or grilled fish and seafood. Also a wonderful ingredient in cake-making.
