Crostino Toscano

A traditional Tuscan recipe of paté with chicken livers, authentically made in the Dolomites by Macelleria Simonetto [since 1953].

Spread over warm, freshly toasted bruschette, for a great aperitivo or antipasto.

Gluten-free.

Chicken livers 70%, bovine liver, fresh onion, red Trentino wine [sulphites], butter, anchovy, Italian extra virgin olive oil, brandy, sea salt, capers, rosemary, pepper, fresh garlic. Without preservatives, gluten free.
