Artisanal tagliatelle egg pasta, with black squid ink.
Made with 100% durum wheat from the Marche region, grown and harvested by small farms in the area of the Santoni pasta workshop. The eggs come from a small farm in the Santoni territory, also near the pasta factory. The hens are free to move around and forage the land, and fed natural birdseed.
Santoni is the extraordinary union between sustainable agricultural practice, craftsmanship and artisanal pasta making.
