Whole White Pepper
White pepper is more intensely peppery than black pepper. Unlike their black counterparts, white pepper berries are fully ripened until they turn red. They are then rinsed in water to remove the husk and reveal the inner grain [white]. Organic, Fair Trade.
Use to season white sauces and dressings, over shellfish and white fish.
