The gently smoked aroma of Spanish paprika gives this BBQ spice blend a powerful, distinctive, outdoorsy barbecue flavour. Organic.
Use it on any meat, in a plain marinade of oil, wine vinegar and salt. Use 1 teaspoon of rub for every 200g of meat.
