A chilli rub from the North African kitchen with a touch of warm spices and roses. Organic.
Use it as it is or as a base for soups and stews. Make a wet harissa by mixing the spice with olive oil [1 teaspoon of Rose Harissa to every tablespoon of oil] or a Harissa paste by adding tomato purée, vinegar, salt and sugar. Use it with meat, fish and vegetables before and after cooking.
