Rubatà are rolled thick grissini [the latter are stretched rather than rolled], with a fragrant compact texture. Genuinely handmade with extra virgin olive oil and added rosemary by Mario Fongo in Italy’s Piedmont.
A great base for dips, an essential for any serious cheese and/or charcuterie board. Use in a bread basket to create interest and different textures.
