Romesco Sauce
Spanish [Catalan] tomato, hazelnut, almond and nora pepper sauce.
Traditionally eaten with fish or grilled calçots, it is equally good with steamed vegetables, asparagus or roast chicken, xatonada salad [salt cod and frisee salad] or with grilled escalivada.
