Guindilla Chillies
Spanish hot peppers. Long and thin pickled green chillies, which give a blast of sharpness and heat.
Scatter over pizza, add in a cheese sandwich, bring a refreshing piquancy to charcuterie, terrines and tapas. A lovely topping to hummus.
