Coriander, whole
A distinctly sweet, aromatic flavour with a finely seasoned fragrance which is enhanced in the dry seed. Coriander, widely used in a variety of Asian and Middle Eastern dishes and curries, but equally working its way into a number of other cooking traditions, may be used whole or powdered in a mortar.
