Harvested directly from the land and crushed within 12 hours at the family’s pressing mill, just 3Km away. A Slow Food Presidium product.
A lovely finishing olive oil, best enjoyed with warm crusty bread, in soups, meat and pasta dishes, and on carpaccio.
