Etichetta Rossa, aged balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP
The most prized of the Modena range, the Red Label balsamic vinegar is slowly aged in oak casks, for a full, mellow flavour that blends the sweet and the sour superbly. Recommended for special dishes, with fresh strawberries, ice cream and with Parmigiano Reggiano.
