Artisanal, fresh, single-origin Ecuador chocolate panettone with cocoa bean and fleur de sel glaze. Produced in Tuscany, just outside Siena, in a purely traditional way using ‘pasta madre’ [the sourdough method, without yeast, slow-leavened simply using stone-milled flour and water], prime quality ingredients, organic Tuscan honey, and candied orange peel, this panettone is beautifully light in texture, delicious in taste, and 100% natural.
Wheat flour type "0", Italian butter, cane sugar, egg yolk, water, Ecuador single-origin chocolate 10.27% [62% Arriba, cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter], candied orange [orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup], mother sourdough [wheat flour type "0", water], organic Tuscan honey, salt, vanilla bean. For the glaze: Ecuador single-origin chocolate 10.27% [62% Arriba, cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter], 100% cocoa bean grains, Fleur de sel.
Wheat, egg, butter. May contain traces of milk, peanuts, fruit with shells, sesame and soy.
Store in a cool, dry place. In an airtight container once opened.
