Artisanal, fresh panettone with raisins and candied citrus peel, covered in a hazelnut glaze and whole almonds. Produced in Quarrata, just outside Florence, by the Lunardi siblings, in a purely traditional way, using ‘pasta madre’ [the sourdough method, without yeast, slow-leavened simply using stone-milled flour and water], all Italian prime quality ingredients, and no added artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives. A lovely panettone, light in texture, delicious in taste, and 100% natural. Third Place Winner in Coppa del Mondo del Panettone, and in Top Ten Best Panettone List of Gambero Rosso.
Wheat flour, butter [milk], Italian candied orange [orange peel, sugar and glucose syrup], egg yolk, raisins, sugar, natural yeast [wheat flour, water], Italian honey, Italian candied lemon and citron in varying proportions [lemon and citron peel, glucose syrup and sugar], sea salt, fresh Italian orange peel, vanilla bean. COVER: sugar [whose granulated sugar 3%], Italian almonds [whose whole 5%], egg whites, maize starch, Piedmont hazelnuts GPI 1%, apricot kernel.
Wheat, egg, butter, hazelnut, almond. May contain traces of nuts, pistachios, peanuts, sesame and soy.
Store in a cool, dry place. In an airtight container once opened.
