Artisanal, fresh Easter Colomba soaked in Rum. Produced in Tuscany, just outside Siena, in a purely traditional way using ‘pasta madre’ [the sourdough method, without yeast, slow-leavened simply using stone-milled flour and water] and prime quality ingredients, this colomba is beautifully light in texture, delicious in taste, and 100% natural.
Stone milled flour type "0", water, Italian butter, organic cane sugar, egg yolk, mother sourdough [wheat flour type "0", water], organic honey, salt, vanilla bean. For the soak: alcohol, water, sugar cane distillate, caramel.

Keep away from direct sunlight, store in a cool, DRY place. Once opened, keep in its own bag, in an airtight container. A fresh product.
