A wonderful take on the traditional Sicilian caponata. At Nonno Andrea it is made with their own aubergines and tomatoes, Taggiasca olives and capers. A perfect blend of sweet and sour, very Mediterranean. Use as an antipasto, with charcuterie and cheese boards, and warm crusty bread.
